In this course you will learn how to analyze business processes from a design perspective and innovate to improve them. You will learn various techniques including stakeholder analysis, business rules analysis, and data and process modeling. You will learn to apply information gathering techniques to elicit requirements which will be used to compose business and technical requirements. You will work in teams to prototype and recommend solutions that improve or transform existing business processes. Finally, you will learn how to justify and sell your proposed process improvements.
