Assistance Software (Acquired by Unit4) Internship
I started working in September of 2016 at Assistance Software as a technical intern. My objective as a technical intern was to learn and provide support for its software, PSA Suite, a professional services automation tool built into Microsoft Dynamics 365. After learning the ins and outs of the software, I provided support globally through our website, organized and sorted through customer leads and information in Microsoft Dynamics 365, and wrote technical blogs.
The internship helped me learn different technologies quickly. I had to gain a solid understanding of both HTML5 and Microsoft Dynamics 365 before I could truly understand the product and provide support.
