Hello Everyone!
WELCOME TO MY PAGE!
My name is Alexandra Guilford and I am now a junior at the Fox School of Business within Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. My major is Management Information Systems. So far my favorite course has taught me to work with data analysis tools. The Fox School of Business has allowed me to participate in development opportunities, aiding in my growth as a business professional and future entrepreneur. For the 2012- 2013 and 2013- 2014 academic years, I am serving as VP of community service for the Association for Information Systems (AIS).
I expect to graduate in December of 2014 (one semester early)! I have completed one internship with Terakeet in Syracuse, NY where I worked to optimize search engine results. I plan to complete two or three more internships before graduation in order to enhance my knowledge and skill set. After graduation, I hope to obtain a career in the analytics field in either Syracuse, NY or Philadelphia, PA. Eventually I would like to start my own small business and return to teach as an adjunct professor.
