Journal Entry 10-17-14

Organizational Chart, list of Stakeholders, and a RACI Chart were produced this week by the team. We had our team meeting on Wednesday, which went very well and a lot was accomplished. Team members are starting to fall into their roles and produce quality deliverable. Overall, the communication has become much better, but urgency is still not where it needs to be.
