Journal Entry 10/24/14

This week was a good week. The BA’s are working on their prototype and we have been assisting them with understanding JustInMind and projecting the future prototype. The PM’s have all continued constant communication and everyone is completing their responsibilities timely. I have continued to develop the communication management plan as well as the MS Project file. Our project is on schedule to be on time, under budget, and within scope. Despite the second half of the semester arriving, I feel comfortable in our teams progression.
