Journal Entry WE – 10/3/14

This week was new experience for the group. With the pressure of our first exam I knew there would be a slow down in work being done regarding the project.  I am undoubtedly fearful for my team. The sense of urgency is low, and I will be doing my best to change that in the following week. This week I also worked on our deliverables for the project. I focused on the Communication Plan. It needs a big revision because currently it is not working the way it should be.

As far as the BA’s go I explained my concerns regarding ‘JIM’, and how important it is. I set up times so that if anyone needed help with JIM they know when I am available. Other than that they seem to be on point. Next, I believe they have swim lane diagrams coming up so at this weeks meeting we will be reviewing the diagrams. I have high hopes that they will feel a bit more inclined to sit down an spend more time with the PM’S, and JIM in the following week.
