Office of Digital Education, Temple University

E-Learning Specialist

1/2019- Present

In the Spring 2019, I work at Temple University Office of Digital Education, where I support the delivery of online classes for multiple departments within Temple University. The position requires me to participate in the requirements elicitation, scope documentation, planning and scheduling process of E-learning materials. Additionally, I develop and manage 8 online courses for over 200 students in Master of Computer Science program utilizing Canvas, CSS, Articulate Storyline and Adobe Suits to ensure good design and positive user experience. I successfully contribute to multiple projects at once; I learn how to organize my work so that I could complete the tasks in an efficient and timely manner. In addition, being in a professional environment always requires me to be self- motivated and focus on my work.

Department of Management Information System, Temple University

Information Technology Assistant                                                                                                               August 2018 – Present

MIS 2101: Introduction to Management Information Syste

In my role as an ITA, I evaluate and provide grading to in-class exercises and in-class assignment for a class of 120 students. In addition, I hold office hours to answer students’ questions and concerns regarding Salesforce Assignment as well as Swimlane and Entity Relationship diagram

MIS 2402: Data – Centric Application Development

In my role as an ITA, I provide students with on-hand help for JavaScript, HTML and CSS exercises during class and office hours. In addition, I evaluate weekly submissions of JavaScript Challenges for 70 students
