Hershey Entertainment and Resorts
I am currently a reservationist at Hershey Entertainment and Resorts. I make reservations for The Hotel Hershey, Hershey Lodge, HersheyPark Camping Resort, and different events at Hershey Park and Hershey’s Chocolate World. I provide information concerning Hershey’s destination, rates, package plans, events, promotions, attractions and availability via direst phone communication and email. I assist the company with entering 13,000 reservations a week into the computer system and preparing information to mailed clients.
The Hotel Hershey is the recipient of Forbes Four Star award and the AAA Four-Diamnd award. It is the home of the famous Chocolate Spa. It was built in the 1930’s and is one of America’s landmark hotels. It offers 276 guest rooms and 23,500 square feet of meeting and function space. It is on top of the town of Hershey, Pennsyvania. Being a guest at the Hotel Hershey allows full access to Hershey’s golf collection.
The Hershey Lodge is a full-service resort located in Hershey, Pennsylvania, offering 665 guest rooms and 100,000 square feet of function space. Hershey Lodge offers convenience and comfort for families and guests of all ages. The Hershey Lodge is a family oriented hotel and also the home of many Pennsylvania conventions.
