Career goals
In a technology driven economy, many of the jobs today didn’t existed five years ago, and probably would’t exist 15 years from now. With that in mind, I would like to begin my career in a business analysis or project management firm. After my graduation December of 2017 I have many goals that I hope to accomplish. However, the most important goal to me is to never stop learning, and improving my skills because technology is an ever evolving industry.
I consider my self a focused, determined, and ethical individual, which qualifies me as a good candidate for any position in the MIS field. I am trilingual, and I love to learn new languages and travel, that is why I hope my work will present me with many opportunities to live in new places and discover new cultures.
As I progress in my career I hope to be able to move up in my company. Although I am going to keep my focus on what Linda Dillman, QVC’s CIO said at the 2016 Temple IT awards ‘The key to success is not to think about the next job, but to do the current job the best you can.
