- In this role, I was responsible for raising brand awareness of Dell here at Temple. Mosaic Sales Solutions is a fairly large company, and has many big-time clients like Dell and Apple. They are based out of Chicago, so I worked remotely. I was apart of the Campus ambassador team. In this role, I had to have extensive knowledge of Dell products. Mainly, I would have a table set up during freshmen summer orientations and I would interact with students and parents about Dell. I also was in charge of creating social media posts each week for Instagram and Twitter. I learned a lot about computers and how they worked. This knowledge benefited me greatly in more technical classes like Enterprise IT architecture and Data-Centric Application Development. I use my knowledge in Enterprise IT every class; I became very familiar with computers over the summer which helped me succeed in that class.
