Database Management Assistant
As a Project Assistant/Database Management Assistant working for PICC, I spent a lot of time working on our customer site Mars, a incorporated petcare, candy, food, and drink global company, for building a internal chatbot. This chatbot is mainly providing IT front-desk service, including account management, hardware request and soft ware setting up, for worldwide Mars’ staffs. My job is extracting and filtering chat histories that meet requirement and generating numeric outcomes by using SQL Server. Then making a dynamic data sync with excel, which generating a pivot table and pivot chart as a quarterly report to analyzing end user’s talking behaviors and improving the chatbot. At the same time, I learned to manage a project which include making a schedule, catching up the progress. It’s a very wonderful and interesting experience for me.
