Demo solution Infrastructure assistant
- Information about the organization: People’s Insurance Company of China Holdings Company is a state-owned company in the People’s Republic of China. The holding company promotes its subsidiaries, PICC Asset Management Company Limited, and PICC Property and Casualty Company Limited (PICC P&C). PICC P&C is China’s largest insurer of casualty insurance. It is licensed to provide all major lines of insurance except life insurance. PICC P&C was established in 2002 from the former property and casualty insurance division of the PICC, which, divested of insurance responsibilities, re-organized itself into PICC Holding Company.
- Job function: The Demo Infrastructure Delivery team manages the allocation, support and optimizing of the landscapes and systems for internal and external demo showcases. Challenges are to automate the provisioning process of high integrated landscapes (on prem and Cloud). As member of the Demo Solution Infrastructure department, you will focus on operational tasks around provisioning process of landscapes (especial for S/4HANA Cloud) as well as becoming the bridge between Pre-sales and infrastructure.
- How the job relates to your major: As a bridge between Pre-sales and infrastructure, it allows me to become a media between business and tech support, which helps both sides to have a better and smoother communications. That’s what we do as a MIS major professional.
