- Completed Scope Document. The scope document was completed by BA and PM team.
- BA’s obtained a basic understanding of Justinmind through trainings and extra credit.
- Created initial draft of project goals and requirements.

- Begin drafting list of Business rules.
- Brainstorm initial prototype layout.
- Create basic Justinmind prototype.
