MIS 3506 Project
In MIS 3506, my group members and I designed a prototype for Pound Cake, a cosmetic company focused on providing authentic cosmetics geared towards complementing every skin tone. Throughout the semester we interviewed Pound Cake’s co-founders, Camille Bell and Jonathan Velazquez and gathered requirements from them. Each team in the class was assigned an area to focus their prototype on. My team’s objective was to create account management tools for clients that enabled customers to create accounts, log in, and save preferences. We also designed tools for displaying products, shopping, buying/checkout, and subscribing to the online cake club and newsletter. With the use of Justinmind, we were able to develop a functional prototype and present it to Camille and Jonathan at the end of the semester. Click below to view the slides.
