Examples of work
Below are some links to things that I feel showcase my writing skills or other academic skills.
Career Interests
As I stated earlier, I would like to use my Marketing degree to help me get a job in an advertising or P.R. role. Somewhere in Philadelphia would be optimal, as I currently live there and plan to for the next stage of my life. A perfect scenario would be to work for one of the city’s sports teams, as I am an ardent sports fan and have been since birth. However, I am really looking for a job that will be a good balance of having meaning and making a difference, as well as being an interesting job that I do not mind going to everyday.

A bit about me
My name is Dan Conwell and I am a Marketing Major studying at Temple University, currently in my Junior year. Academically, I have achieved a 3.2 GPA thus far. I would consider my writing skills to be my greatest strength academically, however I am also quick to grasp concepts whether in an office setting or in the classroom. I am currently employed by Temple University as a student grounds worker, where my jobs primarily consist of general campus upkeep duties, such as landscaping, lawn mowing, etc. However I also occasionally work as a secretary for the grounds department, which is a nice balance between hands on work and conventional office duties. In the long run, I hope to use my Marketing degree to get a job in the advertising or PR sector, although I do not have my heart set on anything.
