Personal Journal Entry for Week Ending Friday, September 26th

So far my team has remained very focused and is staying organized will all tasks. My personal responsibilities are to start the Work Breakdown Structure and then start identifying risks. The main issue is getting everyone in one place to meet, since everyones schedules are so different it is difficult to arrange a common time slot. We have come up with a solution of assigning BA’s to PM’s for certain issues or problems instead of everyone getting contacted.
