As an Enterprise Analytics Intern, I created a comprehensive Tableau Server site administrator guide to educate new site administrators on how to successfully manage a site by providing information collected through research and connecting with SMEs across the company. I also created a workbook in Tableau Desktop by implementing an excel file and creating dashboards and worksheets to provide valuable cost saving insights for a Enterprise Analytics team.

As a Shift Supervisor, I am in charge of the day-to-day operations of the retail store. I reconcile daily deposits to verify any errors and document the deposits. I frequently work outside store hours to prepare for the upcoming work day and frequently work extra hours than originally scheduled.

Title: Utilities Clerk/Cashier

As a utilities clerk, I assisted the front end manager with maintaining the front end of the store. I replenished the materials needed for the front end in order for the flow of customers entering and exiting the store to run smoothly and efficiently. I substituted for the front end manager when needed. I trained new hires the basic functions of the cash register and how to charge different types of payments that a customer can use in their transaction. I also trained new hires the fundamentals of good customer service. I frequently help in the other departments in the store with inventory, stocking, and receiving.
