– Created a new system to enter client claims into the database by using Excel VBA to make a data entry and update form
– Merged individual client databases into one relational database to increase automation and drive analytics
– Automated the process of feeding data from the claims database to dashboards
– Documented the new system and how it works in case future changes need to be made to the system
– Wrote work instructions to guide current employees through using the new system and provide training for new employees
