I am currently employed with BDS Marketing and have been working with them for a year.
At BDS, I work as a Marketing Representative for their client Toshiba. This position requires me to build relationships with Best Buy store managers and their employees while training them on new Toshiba products (Laptops, Tablets, Televisions, ext.) as well as software. The Position with BDS Marketing also entails sitting in on conference calls with managers and executives from both Toshiba and BDS. I work an average of 20 hours a week. I help an average of 80 and 15 Best Buy managers and Employees per shift. After every shift I conduct reports on the store activity, Best Buy manager and employee feed back, competitive activity, and sales figures.
The job with BDS Marketing has been a great experience. I have learned how to solve problem for customers and offering technological solutions that suit their individual needs. Also it has given me experience with conducting business in a professional setting and speaking with executives from a large organization.
The Position requires me to stay well learned in new innovations in technological hardware and software. Giving me a sense for technological innovations and value migration.
The success of my team had led to the initial six month contract to be extended.
