Operation Support Analysts

I have accepted a full-time offer as an Operational Support Analyst at PeopleMetrics. PeopleMetrics is a  small customer experience software company in Philadelphia, Pa that offers a Voice of the Customer (VoC) Software that focuses on capturing continuous customer feedback, measuring/analyzing the data, and providing it to employees to increase their customer experience. I will specifically working as an IT analyst  responsible for the technical health and configuration for their Customer Experience Management implementations. I know firsthand from my experience in Digital Design and Innovation Studio & Leading Global Digital Projects will assist me in gathering requirements, documentation, and communicating necessary details that will allow me to perform highly in my new job. I am very excited for this new chapter and thankful for my great experience as a Temple MIS student.
