- Completed Draft for Project Charter
- Completed Draft Project Statement
- Met with BA’s to discuss project
- Had a PM attend the interview on 1/31
Goals for week ending February 11, 2018
- Meet with BA’s again to discuss the project
- Begin draft on change management, quality management, and communication plans.
- Have a PM attend the interview on 2/13
Issues:
- Getting Microsoft Project on all of the PMs’ computers.
- Getting a time for everybody, the PMs and the BAs, to meet.
