Information Technology Assisstant
As the ITA for Information Systems in Organizations (MIS2101) at Temple University, my role is helping 120 students understand the new concepts in information systems and guiding them through assignments and coursework. We mainly learned and used Salesforce to generate the Max Labs projects and I also help them do the optional class project on AI. This helps me a lot in my MIS major as I keep enforcing the MIS concepts as well as learn Salesforce deeply to the extent of IT understanding and help.
