Business Systems Analyst Intern
- Assisted and shadowed a Business Analyst in day to day activities involving meeting the business needs with the technological capabilities
- Directly involved with the process of implementing and testing a new Customer Relationship Management system and Search engine into the company
- Analyzed, tested, and eventually solved my own project where the E-Invoice system was failing to work
- Used MySQL to pull specific information out of SalesLogix to test and make sure the data was all correctly transferring over into the new CRM system
