Journal Entry 1
After two weeks our BAs are well on their way to working on their project. We first met with our BAs last week prior to the first interview to ensure that they were prepared with the right interview questions. After that first meeting, we all exchanged phone numbers and agreed to meet every Friday at 4:00 PM. Some of the BAs called us with questions regarding their scope documents, and how to prepare for the exams. At our meeting this Friday we helped them with and additional questions they had. We will be reviewing their team scope document next Friday.
