Journal Entry 3
Despite our efforts to prepare the BAs for the exam, they did not do as well as they would have liked to. Most of the BAs still are optimistic about the class moving forward. One of the BAs was pretty upset regarding how he did on the exam. I had a conversation with him to discuss his options moving forward. Our BAs are really starting to get along, and work well as a team. We plan on having less formal meetings moving on, so that the BAs feel comfortable with the team moving forward.
