Coding helpdesk
My position was to assist students in coursework related to MIS 2402 in-person and remotely. I learned to diagnose problems that students were having and able to relay and teach them how to fix it. When I transitioned online, issues arise but it allowed me to learn from mistakes and improve further online sessions. Tasks such as helping students also help me develop as well because I can work on skills such as communication and teaching. I was also able to learn how to help students remotely, which some jobs are, and it helped me get an idea of working on-site vs remote working.
