My role at Giampolo Law Group is Systems Optimization. I am responsible for organizing and creating processes of managing and adding new contacts.
Description of Experience
In my first completed month of my internship, I learned about different business processes and how I can improve them. My position allowed me to research and implement Client Relation Management (CRM) programs to improve the flow of business. I also reviewed other business systems and found ways to increase efficiency.
