Technical Account Manager

  1. Microsoft Corporation is an American multinational technology company with headquarters in Redmond, Washington. It develops, manufactures, licenses, supports, and sells computer software, consumer electronics, personal computers, and related services. Microsoft currently has 148,465 employees. I will be located in Charlotte, North Carolina in the Services division.
  2. The TAM is the primary customer facing support role within the Microsoft Services organization, and is responsible for the satisfaction of our customer’s support services relationship, for quality delivery and overall customer growth. This role offers an opportunity to be front and center with our customers supporting them in their digital transformation, while accelerating your career by driving business impact.
  3. As a TAM, I will have to have complete knowledge of Microsoft technology services. I will need to know the ins and outs of the technology so I can provide the best solutions for Microsoft’s Enterprise Customers. There were two classes that helped me to achieve this job. The first one is Digital Solutions Studio. I discussed the interaction with a client and how we helped determine and create a solution for them. The second class is Enterprise IT Architecture. Having a knowledge of Microsoft Azure also helped me in the interview.
