Fashion has always been an interest of mine growing up. To me, it is an instant form of communication that gives others the chance to understand who you are without having to say a word. Everyone has a unique story, and fashion creates a means by which to communicate this message.
I like to read up on the latest fashion news, in both magazines and blogs. Sites such as Lookbook and The Sartorialist provide me with continuous inspiration when it comes to piecing together an outfit. Because I am interested in blogging, I often read Independent Fashion Bloggers for fashion, blogging, and technology tips.
HIKING
I grew up in the small, rural town of Kutztown, PA, which is situated in fairly close proximity to the Appalachian Trail. Even though I love the city, spending time outdoors and hiking the trails is one of my favorite things to do. There is a large variety of places to visit, so each hike offers something different. I also have an interest in photography, so whenever I go hiking I bring my camera to capture the scenic views of the gorgeous PA countryside. At left is a photo that I took from “The Pinnacle.” Located on Blue Mountain, it is the second highest elevation in Berks County, PA.
