HR on the GROUND. This course was named one of the “Ten Courses That Pay Off at Work” by U.S. News & World Report (Apr. 26, 2010). Within this course, my classmates and I conducted employee research, surveys, and focus groups to find a solution. At the end of this semester, we presented our findings and recommended solutions to Target executives, and for the first time ever, in front of a Philadelphia Inquirer reporter.
