My Interest
As a child, I was always the person who wanted to help people and give back to the communities we live in. I was the kid who could do as many fundraisers possible through elementary and high school. Transitioning into college, I wanted to continue helping our communities and the residents inhabiting them. I decided to join the Temple University Community Service Association to give back to our Philadelphians! As part of being in the Association for Management Information Systems, I volunteered to raise money for cancer through the American Cancer Society and volunteered to clean up the sidewalks surrounding our university and the communities around us.
Growing up, I always surrounded myself with people from different cultures. I love getting to know people from different countries around the world. I decided to join multiple organizations here at Temple, which include the Black Student Union and South Asian Student Association.
