Accomplishments for week ending February 24, 2019
- Finalize scope document: Meet with BAs to define the extent of the project
- Complete stakeholders analysis: Pinpoint key stakeholders and their needs and requirements
- Create Pros & Cons List: Analyze potential solutions to meet the client’s needs and requirements
Goals for week ending March 1, 2019
- Finalize Problem Statement
- Plan ahead: Meet with BA’s to go over work that should be done over Spring Break
- Make Edits:
- to Risk Management Plan
- to Quality Management Plan
- to Change Management Plan
- Increase productivity: reach out to two BAs who have not attended meetings
Issues for week ending February 24, 2019
- We have not had the entire group together for a meeting yet due to time conflicts with BA’s and our schedules.
- With the meetings we do have planned, we have not seen two of the BA’s so far.
- The two BA’s that have not attended the meetings so far also do not contribute to the group discussion as far as we know.
- Trouble understanding how exactly our client wants the prototype designed as our team has gotten conflicting answers in the two interviews we have had so far.

- We have not had a meeting with BA’s
- We are told that 2 BAs aren’t doing any work

Issues for week ending March 24, 2019
- We were not able to meet again due to conflicts of schedule and BA’s having a test
- We misunderstood the final draft deadline for the Stakeholder Register document, so we were not as prepared for class
- We were unable to work on documentation together as PMs due to difficulty finding time outside of class

- Starting to put polishing touches on the final version of documents for the binder

- Haven’t met with 1 BA yet, others all accounted for
