Graduation : June 2017
I am a graduate student at the Fox School of Business, Temple University. Having worked with IBM, I come with a rich experience in IT service delivery. My experience spans across technical and functional roles. My last project gave me in-depth insight into the resource & capacity management function which helped to hone my interpersonal skills. Prior to that, as a Client support manager, I learnt how to effectively manage the day-to-day challenges faced by an IT delivery manager. Apart from project management, service delivery, client relationship management, SLA management and contract management I also acquired effective time management skills.
Post completion of my Master’s education, I wish to work in IT Auditing or Risk Advisory role where I will be able to utilize the knowledge gained through coursework coupled with my past experience in the IT industry.
