Melissa M Chism

TEMPLE UNIVERSITY, Philadelphia, PA  I began my education at Temple University as a broadcast journalism student minoring in general business studies.  After my sophomore year, I switched to the Fox School of Business, where I am currently a marketing major. The Bachelor of Business Administration undergraduate degree track at Temple is extremely quantitative and is currently ranked #55 in the nation by US News and World Report.  Currently, I am involved in the real estate student professional organization on campus, hoping to integrate real estate and marketing into a career for myself post-graduation.

SUN VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL, Aston, PA  Sun Valley High School, located in the suburbs of Philadelphia, educates approximately 1150 students in grades nine through 12.  Although on the smaller side, Sun Valley is known for its rigorous Advanced Placement courses, as well as high state testing scores.  While a student at Sun Valley, I was class treasurer for 2 years, four-year member of the varsity volleyball team, and held various leadership position in clubs and organizations.  I was selected as a Principal’s Award recipient my senior year, as well as the school’s student-athlete representative at the Delaware County awards ceremony.
