    Hey Claudine,

I completely agree that things can get really crazy balancing “work, school, and social obligations” unless you stay organized and plan/execute ahead of time like you do. Procrastination is probably the biggest reason why I have had to miss many of the social things I wanted to do with my family and friends. But I think it’s very…[Read more]

  • Balancing out all the things you have going on in your life can be a difficult task. I think the only way I have been able to get more things done this summer is by proper goal setting, planning, and scheduling. Every morning, as daunting and annoying as it may sound, I try to write down the top goals I have in each of the things going on in my…[Read more]

  • I definitely agree with and myself have had to drop everything I was doing in order to resolve an issue for the CEO or similar executive. My co-worker taught me a very important tip with dealing with this type of situation. He says when dealing with the CEO or executives of the company always triple check your work and show enthusiasm in your…[Read more]

Hey Stephanie! I actually worked in a really similar role last year. I lead the digital marketing efforts for a family-owned property management company in Philadelphia. I had to learn, from scratch, how to build and manage websites, come up with an effective SEO strategy, etc. Pretty much exactly what you doing. Best of luck!

A rich, 50 year-old couple would…[Read more]

A decision tree can be used by an organization looking to budget for developing a new product or expanding to a new market. If the organization focuses on the only the key decisions and events that are important to them, then they can compare all of the consequences they wish to outline. Good predicator values involving the successes and failures…[Read more]

SpotCrime is more like the OLAP analysis rather than Data Mining. It does not provide any further analysis or patterns using the data it retrieves. Rather it just visualizes various data points by filtering by address and provides information for each crime. No algorithm or formula is used to analysis the data to provide real business value.

The Piazza in Northern Liberties). In the second table is information relating to the buying habits (i.e. clothes shopping, restaurant preferences, grocery preferences) of…[Read more]

Personally, the trickiest part about creating an ERD from a problem description is identifying the cardinality of the relationships and filtering through all the “extra” information to find the correct entities and their attributes. To help with identifying the cardinality, it is important to first analyze the text carefully to see if it explicit…[Read more]
