During week 12, we learned and discussed the topic of clustering and segmentation. Cluster analysis is grouping data so that elements are different within the different groups. Insurance is an example of cluster analysis.

Week 10 was used to learn about SAS and decision trees. We talked about the in class assignment in depth as well. Decision trees are used to find probabilities and the likelihoods of events.
