• Provide consultation to lead students toward an academic plan which will enable achievement of their academic, personal, and career goals
• Utilize knowledge of Temple University’s resources to assist students in solving academic challenges
• Provide individual peer advice on effective time management, studying, and exam preparation skills

Property Management Intern ( June 2018 – August 2018 )

• Developed enhanced portfolio digitization procedure by reducing the standing 8 step process to a consolidated 3 steps, leading to a decreased cost of maintenance from an estimated $33 per file to $21
• Audited tenant ledgers while referencing lease files to ensure payment accuracy
• Posted payment to GL accounts and order payment of invoices to contractors
