With cloud computing, organizations don’t have to spend a lot of money. They don’t have to spend a lot amount of money on hardware, or equipment and build out and operate a data center. They only need to pay for what they need, and the system are automatic upgrades for the organization. Cloud computing is very flexible, it can be turned up, down or off via smartphones and tablets that have access to internet. Employees can have an access to the data all the time as long as they have internet on their devices.

  • Cloud computing deals with an internet network of shared computing resources that store, manage, and process data. In the past, it was common to store data and information on a local server, or one’s own computer. One benefit to cloud computing is it can give remote access to its network when needed, such as an employee accessing his work network from across the country, rather than needing to access a specific location/server. Cloud computing is also dynamic, and can be changed and customized to fit organizational needs.

  • Cloud computing is ability to save information on a remote server which manages information, and processes data. Cloud computing has many benefits such as mobility, and versatile compatibility. Mobility is a big advantage of cloud computing because it allow users around the world to access a company’s data no matter where or when the data is needed. Cloud Apps are compatible with both Mac and PC.

  • Cloud computing is the ability to store, access, manage, and she data over the internet. There are three delivery methods of cloud computing: private, public, and hybrid. Cloud computing has many benefits such as remote access, whoever has access to the cloud is able to access it anytime and anywhere which is very beneficial to many companies and individuals. Another benefit of cloud computing is disaster recovery, to recover data and other important files, which has been shown to be quicker and more efficient then other backup methods. Also, cloud computing has been shown to increase collaboration since employees can access and work on items from anywhere, this allows them to be able to work together no matter where they are, by sharing files and other information that is vital to completing work.
