  • My partner and I worked with our entrepreneur to start the rough drafts of our risk management and quality management plans. However, we are having trouble starting the rest of the deliverables because we don’t really know where to begin since our entrepreneur hasn’t really started anything for his business yet. He hasn’t really thought that in depth yet (as far as the information we would need to complete the rest of the deliverables), so my partner and I are kind of stuck on what to do. We plan to discuss with Doyle to see what his opinions are on the matter. We also need to contact Courtney and see if she can help us. Our goals for next week are to talk with Doyle and develop a solid plan that we are going to follow in order to be able to complete the deliverables, then catch up to where we are supposed to be in terms of work progress.
