    Weekly Progress Report
    Accomplishments this week:
Had a full team meeting with PMs and BAs. BAs showed us their prototype to date which was impressive and a new use case.
    Plans for this week:
Meet with PM’s on Monday to make a final pass on documents and meet with our BAs individually to see if our hunch of a member being “dead weight” are valid. Also, get a deeper understanding on their team inner workings
Have full team meeting to see BAs continued progress on prototype, scope, use cases, and initial progress on any other documents they bring us.
    Issues:
Our BAs team seems to have one member not contributing their fair share.
Will the BAs continue their own weekly meeting to continue making progress?

    Issues:
    1. Communication has been sparse between the PM’s and the project leads. Some project leads are willing to interject with vital information relating to system breakdowns, dependencies, and overall help. They see the value we can add to their organization, we have taken too much time digesting the scope and inner workings of TFR.
