Doug is the Vice President in PGS BT (Pfizer Global Supply Business Technology) leader for the PGS Network Solutions BT group. In this role, he is the BT business partner responsible for delivering the full range of Business Technology capabilities to the PGS Global Supply Chain and Global External Supply organizations. In addition, he and his team are responsible for the on-going deployment and support of the GSC Business Intelligence, the Enterprise One program for small site and market ERP solution, all Highly Orchestrated Network (HOSuN) BT activities, and supporting the Continuous Improvement efforts related to the network. In addition, he collaborates with all of the other supporting BT functions to ensure the BT needs of the all GSC areas are met. Prior to his current role, Doug was the BioTech BT business partner responsible for the full range of BT solutions at the BioTech plant network. Prior to this role, Doug was the Program director for the Manufacturing Execution System program where he was responsible for the deployment, support, and on-going improvements to the program. Prior to that, he held leadership roles in the Quality Control BT areas responsible for the deployment, support and on-going improvements of a worldwide program involving LIMS, Chromatography, and Laboratory Data Archiving processes. He began his career as a systems analyst involved in the startup of a world headquarters of a Pharma company where he was responsible for security, building automation, warehousing, and space management systems. He then moved onto leadership positions in the global deployments of SAP, LIMS, and Change Control processes. Doug holds a BS in Computer Science from Washington and Lee University.
