Another week of the semester has come and gone and my teachers are giving me increasingly more homework. Everything from papers to quality control tables has crossed my desk, some leaving me with more frustration than others. Fortunately I know just how to kick my homework blues, or at least ease the process; music. There are a few websites who have become my best friend since coming to Temple that have supplied me with an endless amount of good jams. The first website is of course the classic music player that everyone loves:

Pandora

Pandora is great if there is a certain genre or type of song/artist you feel like listening to… Just type in the genre you want and it creates an endless stream of tunes that are sure to please the ear. My recomendation for homework/studying; Adele Radio

Another great website is Grooveshark

Grooveshark is fantastic if you have a set list of songs that you feel like listening to but don’t necesarily wan’t to purchase them. With Grooveshark you can create an entire playlist by choosing from a large database of music from every genre imaginable!

My absolute favorite source of music for kicking the homework blues is 8tracks

8tracks is awesome when you are in the mood for something a little unexpected. The website is comprised of a bunch of playlist that all have their own theme, ie songs to wake up to & songs to put you in a good mood. Simply pick a playlist and you’re good to go! It definitely makes doing homework a little more exciting.

Happy Studying :-)
