Facebook maybe have 30 million users worldwide, it is social networking phenomenon. If the job is about social media for public relations, marketing, and promotion, the workplace should not be banned.It helps the employees successful!
On the other hand, if the job is not about media, the workplace should be banned. It would make employee not focus on job. They would speed more time in the games, send messages and ignore the jobs. Moreover, the large number of viruses, hackers and spam would attack companies’ computers. Company data would be destroyed.
In my idea, banned or not banned depend on what types of work and environment.
