Just a thought.

I am graduating in August.  It has been a very long road for me.  Thirteen years, to be exact.  While I have accomplished many things that I have set out to do in my lifetime, there are so many more things I want to do.   Graduating will be a great achievement for me.  I have owned my own business, worked in a corporate setting, and worked in an industry I loved.  One thing that I felt always held me back from doing more was the lack of a major degree.  While I have learned a great deal in my years at Temple,  I don’t think that knowledge is what I am most proud of.  It is the fact that I went back to school to finish something that I started a long time ago.   It feels good to see something all the way through (even it took an obscenely long time).  I will most likely pursue my MBA almost immediately after graduation.  Another milestone set.   The journey continues.
