Internship at BD
I interned at Becton, Dickinson and Company during the summer of 2017. During my time there, I served as an IT Intern on their Big Data team. Here, I was in charge of getting a data quality and data profiling tool from the development stages to a working final product. I served as a project manager as the role, and worked with stakeholders and developers to meet my end goal. I also did an analysis on sruvey data about the IT service desk at this company. I was able to create 10 different reports for regional managers about insights from their locations.
Overall, my experience at BD was nothing but good. I gained valuable experience and made lasting relationships along the way. After my experience, I now know I want to have a career in BI and automation. This internship will hopefully help me pave my way for my desired career.
