While working for LGH/Penn Medicine I worked as a business analyst as well as a web analyst. During my time as a web analyst, I conducted research with Google keyword tool using SEO with google analytics to analyze how often our website would pop up in someone’s search history. I also researched and help design a new website prototype which was shown in a marketing/PR department meeting. As a business analyst, I used EPIC systems to perform data analysis to compare changes to payments in hospital billing.
