Monthly Technical Development Workshops – Fall 2019 & Spring 2020
One of my favorite responsibilities as Director of Information Technology for Temple AIS is to plan, structure, and conduct monthly Technical Development workshops. I’m in charge of brainstorming possible informative topics, finding the right Student Leader to assist me, planning and leading one two-hour long workshop every month. MIS Pro Points Infographic – Fall 2018

Dragon Hacks – April 2019
I gathered a team of three people and together we attended and competed in Dragon Hacks, a MLH Hackathon at Drexel University. After 48 hours, we created Visual Finance, an interactive BI data visualization tool to illustrate the comparison between companies’ financial performance over a period of time. The theme is Retro Gaming, so we decided to go with financial dataset of top gaming companies over a period of 10 years. Please click here for more details.

Other Activities
Panelist – Temple #MeToo Global Discussion
I was one out of ten panelists to take our seats and discuss about the women rights around the world. The Q&A based platform explored the panelists’ observations and backgrounds on gender and power, and highlighted how action could be taken to improve existing inequalities.
