Information Technology Assistant
- I worked as an ITA in the MIS Department at the Fox School of Business for Marie-Christine Martin and Courtney Minich in MIS3535 (Project Management). I was tasked with helping students with assignments and their progress reports for the final semester-long project portfolio.
- Some project I was given during my time as the ITA for MIS3535 was designing the new directions on how to download Microsoft Project on a Mac. I had to learn how to download a VM and relay that information clearly and concisely for the Mac users in the class.
- Project management is a vital skill to have coming out of college. This class may not be the most technical but it is the most essential for learning how to work in teams and get the task done. I think by having taken the class in the spring and then directly after that being the ITA for it, I would say that truly solidified my understanding of the material that I will take with me for my future career.
