Deloitte Consulting Federal Technology Case Competition 2018
Our team, RDR Consultants, presented a solution to the FEMA staff at Temple University Fox School of Business. The FEMA staff are fictional characters that work for FEMA, all of which will be played by Deloitte practitioners. This is to simulate a real-life presentation between a technology consulting team and a Federal government client. We recommended an innovative technical solution that will improve FEMA’s resource allocation to affected areas and individuals following hurricane-related flooding with a focus on data management, financial allocation, and logistics.
