Mission
Temple AIS is a chapter of the national organization that seeks to “serve society through the advancement of knowledge and the promotion of excellence in the practice and study of information systems.” Temple AIS in particular works with the Management Information Systems department at Temple University to provide MIS majors with a comprehensive opportunity for development. Through creating professional development workshops, hosting speaker series with companies, crafting a series of technical development workshops, and providing various social events and community service opportunities, AIS fosters a sense of MIS community within Temple and strives to provide auxiliary MIS experience to a great and rigorous MIS curriculum.
